Annual Meeting 2025

We are pleased to announce that all proposed amendments to the HMRPO Protective Covenants were successfully passed at the annual meeting on August 9, 2025.

These amendments, approved by the required membership vote, are now legally binding and will be officially recorded.

The full text of the amended covenants will soon be available once the updates to the document are complete.

We appreciate the participation and input of all residents in this process, and believe these updates will contribute to the continued well-being and positive living environment within our community.
